How is Euthanasia Performed?

We use a gentle, stress free approach to euthanasia. Your pet will first be given a sedative medication. It is given under the skin or into a muscle depending on your pet's condition, similarly to how a vaccine is administered. This causes relaxation and a very deep sleep. The medication used to help your pet pass is then given into a vein. It acts as an overdose of anesthetic, and they will pass within a couple of minutes and feel no pain or discomfort.
